History & Legacy
Deep and unbounded curiosity is an unparalleled source of learning and enjoyment. The Drayton Tribune was born to stimulate this kind of curiosity. Thanks to an exceptional team, I am proud and grateful the project did achieve such effect on many, including me. I have no doubt it will continue to so in the future.
- Pablo Pena Corrales, Co-founder of The Economic Tribune
Since its founding, the UCL Economic Tribune has grown into a trusted platform for rigorous, insightful research and commentary on economic trends and political events. Guided by our passionate correspondents and senior team, the Tribune has marked key milestones, from publishing its inaugural issue to expanding online readership and winning recognition within UCL. Past committee members, each bringing a distinct vision, have shaped the magazine’s voice and identity. Today, the Tribune continues to be a respected voice on campus, carrying forward a legacy of intellectual exploration and fostering the next generation of economic thinkers.
